He is a prominent figure in Italian urology, with over thirty-five years of clinical, surgical, and managerial experience. Since 2018 he has been Director of the Complex Urology Unit at Ospedale S. Giovanni Bosco in Turin, having previously led the Urology Department of A.O. Ordine Mauriziano (2016–2018) and for almost a decade the Complex Urology Unit at Ospedale Cardinal Massaia in Asti. His career has been marked by sustained professional growth, with roles of increasing responsibility up to the directorship of complex departments in multiple Piedmontese hospitals. Alongside his clinical work, he has held important roles in the Piedmont Oncology Network, of which he is now Regional Coordinator for Urothelial Neoplasms. Since 2025 he has been a member of the National Executive Committee of AURO.it (Association of Hospital Urologists), having previously served as regional coordinator and member of scientific committees that contributed to the drafting of national guidelines on major urological conditions. He is the author of scientific publications indexed on PubMed and a speaker at numerous national and international congresses. He has contributed significantly to the dissemination of minimally invasive techniques, working as a tutor in robotic surgery and laser surgery for the treatment of prostate conditions, training colleagues at various Italian hospitals. An active member of leading European and American scientific societies, Dr. Bardari is a recognized reference point in oncological and functional urology, combining clinical excellence with a strong commitment to research and teaching.
