GYM BASED REHABILITATION at J|medical

Trauma, bad posture, surgery, muscle contractures, joint problems are just some of the reasons that drive a person to follow a gym rehabilitation path. Therapeutic exercise is the most important part of this rehabilitation path aimed at full functional recovery.

Is it useful for those with muscle problems? Yes. Regarding the musculoskeletal system, for example, specific exercises are proposed to regain or strengthen muscle tone (after suffering a trauma or surgery); increase physical strength; educate the body to correct movement of joint structures (due for example to a period of immobility).

Is it also useful in case of sports trauma? Absolutely yes, for both professional and amateur athletes.

Is it helpful also in case of neurological problems? Yes. In this case, it becomes a fundamental path for the patient who needs to recover mobility, also helping them improve movement coordination.

Does it also help the heart? Not only the heart but also lung capacity, increasing resistance to effort.

And for the elderly? It offers a series of exercises useful for maintaining not only mobility and strength, but above all functional independence.

What do I find at J|medical? Our gyms are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for improving strength, motor control, and joint mobility. There are also two gyms equipped with Technogym®. Our physiotherapists will support you in the rehabilitation path, monitoring the progress of the phases indicated in the IRP (Individual Rehabilitation Program).
