This course addresses two topics of great relevance: bone edema and clinical ultrasound, with a practical focus oriented to the daily needs of the specialists involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bone edema does not represent a single pathological entity, but a spectrum of clinical conditions ranging from functional overload to traumatic injuries, avascular necrosis, and metabolic bone alterations. Familiarity with the most common presentations \u2014 each with its characteristic patterns \u2014 enables the differential diagnosis that is essential for guiding the therapeutic approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clinical ultrasound in the traumatological field, meanwhile, is an increasingly common outpatient tool, similarly to what has occurred in fields such as gynecology or cardiology.
